§ Candidate Requirement

- The candidate must be fluent in English with good writing and communication skill. Ability to speak and write the Japanese is a plus.

- Has good business acumen and ability to understand and blend into different culture across Seychelles and with the Global Team to deliver a successful project.

- Proficient in the use of management software and presentation software. Good knowledge of IoT

§ Role and Responsibility

- Establish / Set up and manage a Strategic Business Unit in Seychelles

- Set up and manage 2 team of Operational Business Units

- Twice weekly 2-hours teleconference with HQ and Global Team.

- Regular daily business report

- Monthly and Quarterly Management Plan and Financial Report

§ As Country Manager, the candidate is also responsible for the following :

- Corporate registration

- Patent / license acquisition, where needed

- Documentation to obtain MSC

- Documentation for Regulatory Saridbox

- Interaction and building relationship with government agencies

- Maintain Good relationship with local community / affiliation of organization
